DFA best left back 2016/2017 Chisom Kizito moves to Abia Warriors FC of Umuahia on a one year loan deal being the second player from DFA to play for in Nigerian Premier Side and also the second DFA player to play for AWFC after U23 CAF Champion Chukwwuebuka Iroha.
After a successful football academic year in Diamond Football Academy with various competitions including the Showcase game in Abuja, MCL Cup and Diamond Cup 2016 in which lots of players showed lots of potentials and hyper ability in improving their game and tell the world that they have what it takes to play at the top level of the competition.
The 2016 best Diamond eleven are as follows:
First friendly match in preparation of the Diamond Cup came with a rosy turnout as Diamond FA continues with their goal streak having scored 27 goals total in the month of November. The match against Ohafia Warriors came out as expected as Diamond Football Academy demolishes the warriors in an 8-2 goals marking the first win of the month.
Diamond Football Academy in Group B is making lots of roar with their sensational demolishing of the Golden Boots FC. In their second game of the the Match day 4 the diamonds has been fantastic through out since their outing in the group B having had a draw by Diamond FA team 2 in group A, the Diamond FA team 1 has shown lots of tenacity in their game creating much fear in the eyes of thier opponents for the force the project is unstoppable.
